Congratulations Tarus! Tarus Mitchell is SMO’s Team Member of the Month for December 2024. Tarus has been doing great work for SMO in Georgia since mid-2023.
He started as a Cleaning Technician and has worked his way up to being a top-performing supervisor. Tarus was nominated by his manager, who had the following to say about him: “Tarus always makes sure the facility is up to standards. He always goes that extra mile and adapts to events or situations that come up. During the break Taurus even made sure parts of the building that we do not clean were taken care of since the school’s employees were off for the week. The staff were pleased with the facility when they returned. Tarus has grown a lot as a supervisor and helps make SMO great!”
We asked Tarus what he enjoys about his job, and about working with SMO as a company: “I enjoy satisfying the customers and seeing the smiles on their faces. When it comes to SMO, my favorite thing is the people! You all make it feel like a family.”
