We’re excited to announce that Jayven Peebles is SMO’s Team Member of the Month for February 2025! Jayven started with SMO at the beginning of 2024 and has been a stable presence as a Day Porter since then. His manager had the following to say about him: “Everyone in the building knows and loves him because of his great personality and smile. He asks me every morning if there’s any customer opportunities he can take care of. If there’s any down time, he organizes and sets things up for the next shift. He has an invaluable relationship with the maintenance team and customer administrators at the job site.”
When we asked Jayven what he likes about his job and SMO as a company, he said: “I enjoy interacting with patients coming in for their appointments, helping them out and putting a smile on their face. With SMO overall, I enjoy the love and support that SMO gives me. I’ve never received this type of love and support at a job before. I’m grateful and appreciate it.”
