Supreme Maintenance Organization (SMO) proudly celebrates the 30th anniversary of its J.D. Murphy Team Member of the Year Award, one of the most meaningful recognitions in our company. Each year, this honor is awarded to a team member who exemplifies excellence, integrity, and a deep commitment to our mission. With many deserving candidates in 2024, the decision was as difficult as ever.
We are thrilled to announce Maurice Shaw as the 2024 J.D. Murphy Team Member of the Year!
Maurice, who joined SMO in 2017, currently serves as a supervisor and has made an extraordinary impact across several client locations. Known for his consistent high performance, Maurice is respected for his work ethic, leadership, and dedication to customer satisfaction. His positivity, professionalism, and perseverance make him a standout within the SMO team.
At this year’s award ceremony, Maurice was honored with a custom acrylic plaque and a $1,000 cash prize, recognizing his outstanding contributions to our organization.
Maurice is a multi-time winner of both the iCare Award and Team Member of the Month, and he has been nominated for the J.D. Murphy Award on multiple occasions—a testament to his lasting influence and exceptional service.
