Please join us in congratulating Graycie McKown! She is SMO’s Team Member of the Month for March 2025. Graycie has been with SMO since May of last year, and in that time she has earned a promotion to Site Supervisor, and she is excelling in this new role. Graycie was nominated by her manager for this award, who had the following to say about her: “Since joining SMO a little over a year ago, Graycie has grown into a strong leader at her account. She quickly mastered her own duties, and now trains new team members and oversees multiple buildings as site supervisor. She is proactive about quality, addresses concerns promptly and builds strong relationships with staff and faculty.”
We had a chance to talk to Graycie and asked her a few questions about her time with SMO. She responded with the following: “What I enjoy most about my job is my job site and my team. We work great together! And when it comes to SMO as a company, I like that there is opportunity for advancement. I like that SMO promotes from within.
