🎉 Congratulations to Narketh “Keith” Howard, SMO’s Team Member of the Monthfor June 2026! 🎉
Keith has been part of the SMO team in North Carolina since 2025, serving as aCleaning Technician. His District Manager and Manager both nominated him for this recognition in appreciation of the positive impact he has on his team everyday. Together, they shared the following about Keith:”Keith has stepped up in call out situations by cleaning additional parts of the school and staying late. He helps with the robotic sweeper in his area and helps lead the first floor as far as security and closing down the building. Keith always has a good attitude and is willing to help out with whatever needs to get done.
“We also asked Keith what he enjoys most about his job and working at SMO. He shared, “I enjoy seeing the results of the work I’ve done at the end of my shift,”and added that one of his favorite things about SMO is “the team atmosphere that the company shows.
“Keith, thank you for always being willing to step in, support your team, and takepride in your work. Congratulations on being named our Team Member of the Month, and thank you for everything you do for SMO!
