Toni Williams joined SMO as part of the 2025 acquisition of Impact Cleaning Professionals, where he served as Owner and Managing Director. Now serving as General Manager for the Florida Region, Toni oversees both sales and operations, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the janitorial industry.
With several years of leadership in commercial cleaning, Toni has earned a reputation for operational excellence, customer focus, and team development. Before founding his janitorial company, he honed his management skills at Publix, where he developed a strong foundation in service leadership and team performance.
Outside of work, Toni enjoys being a DAD, music, learning, martial arts and spending time with family.
