Whether you are a BSC providing services for external clients or an internal cleaning operation responsible for the upkeep of your own facility, one of your primary sources of headache is…..dust. Dust is prevalent within any type of facility and its removal is one of your primary responsibilities. But, excess dust is another matter.
SMO is very blessed to have many long-term team members that help make us an industry leader. We would like to take a moment to recognize those who will be celebrating a work anniversary in October 2018.
Public facilities (schools, office buildings, etc.) are always a potential hotbed for the spread of influenza due to the high levels of use and traffic. However, there are steps that can be taken to minimize the spread of influenza within those spaces.
In a previous post, Cleaning Your Windows – Why and When, we discussed window maintenance from the “why” and “when” perspectives. In this week’s post we will provide some insights on the “how” of window cleaning.
Does your facility have high ceilings (18′ or higher)? Did you know that your ceilings are a natural collection point for combustible dust? Combustible dust can be generated within almost any type of facility (industrial, office, or public) and is usually comprised of fine particulates containing metal, wood, plastic, or rubber.
