We need a big SMO round of applause for Gregorio Morga! He is SMO’s Team Member of the Month for April 2025. Gregorio has been with SMO since July of last year, and in a little less than a year he has made a name for himself by being a reliable high performer. Gregorio was nominated for this award by his District Manager, who had the following to say about him: “Gregorio went above and beyond recently by covering 4 job sites at once, proving to be an invaluable asset to the team. He’s now full time and filling big shoes with ease at his job site. He is the rare kind of person who asks for more work, not less, and always steps up without hesitation.”
We asked Gregorio what he likes most about his job, and about working with SMO as a company – here’s what he had to say: “I like the job site and flexible schedule. I also like that I can work a schedule that lets me do things I enjoy outside of work. When it comes to SMO as a company, I like that SMO is flexible and lets you work your own way, and I like that they show me appreciation.” Thank you for all your hard work, Gregorio!
