Please join us in giving a big SMO congratulations to Germaine Sims! Germaine has won SMO Team Member of the Month for January 2025. He started with SMO in 2023 as a Cleaning Technician and worked his way up to Site Supervisor for SMO in Georgia.
He was nominated for this award by his manager, who had the following to say about him: “Germaine works hard to run his crew at our customer’s facility. He takes care of all requests and works long hours to make sure everything is covered. He keeps the job site clean, the account in budget and the team on task!”
Germaine had some great comments to share with us about how he feels about his job and SMO: “I enjoy the flexibility of the job and the opportunity to provide premium service to the customer. Most of all, I enjoy being part of a winning team. I admire how SMO makes safety, customer service and quality its top priorities in day-to-day operations.”
