Congratulations to John Jones, SMO’s Team Member of the Month for July 2026!
We’re proud to recognize John Jones as SMO’s Team Member of the Month for July 2026! John joined SMO as a Cleaning Technician in North Carolina in February 2026 and has already made a strong impression on the team.
John was nominated by his manager for this recognition after seeing that commitment firsthand when the SMO team in Georgia needed additional support:
“John has truly shown what it means to be a dedicated and dependable team member. When the SMO team in Georgia needed additional support, John did not hesitate to step up. What stands out most to me is that John didn’t just show up — he showed up with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to help. He demonstrated leadership through his actions and showed that he can be counted on when things get difficult. He has shown that being a leader isn’t always about having a title; it’s about being willing to step forward, take responsibility, and support others when they need it the most. I am proud to have someone like John on our team!”
When asked what he enjoys about his job, John responded: “I enjoy the consistency. I like a routine that is stable and consistent. I like knowing that I’m doing a good job.” When it comes to working for SMO, John added, “I appreciate the opportunities I’ve been given, and how down-to-earth the management team is.”
